                         NSW  ACTIVE KIDS  PROGRAM

KICK FITNESS GROUP is an approved provider of the NSW Active Kids rebate program.

​The NSW Government now provides two $100 voucher’s per child (4.5 -18 years) ​through a voucher system for parents/guardians/carers to contribute to the cost of their children’s participation in sport & active recreation. The vouchers can be redeemed towards payment of membership or fees with an approved provider registered with the Active Kids program (KICK FITNESS GROUP is a registered provider), each calendar year.

The two vouchers can be used for the same activity as long as they are redeemed for separate terms.

Vouchers can be redeemed with four simple steps:

1. Visit service.nsw.gov.au/campaign/creative-kids and sport.nsw.gov.au/activekids to find out more about the programs.

2. Visit service.nsw.gov.au and create or login to your MyServiceNSW Account.

3. Complete an Active Kids application through your MyServiceNSW Account. You will receive a voucher with a unique ID number for each child you register (available to download, print and email).

4. Redeem your voucher. Take your child’s voucher to KICK FITNESS GROUP office through the Email : kickfitness.group@gmail.com

 

Terms and Conditions

1. Voucher will be redeemed upon enrolment in a Martial arts Program

2. As per conditions of Service NSW, the Active Kids voucher must be used for a structured program for a minimum of 8 weeks duration.

3. The Active Kids Voucher cannot be used for any holiday programs as the program runs for less than 8 weeks

4. If the child cancels out of their program without using up the entire amount of the Active Kids Voucher, the amount will be will stay on as a credit unless the program runs for a fixed term.

5. Non-attendance in a program does not entitle credits to the voucher.

6. Under no circumstances is the Active Kids Voucher redeemable for cash. The vouchers are non-refundable or transferable.
